5 days ago a legal notice appeared in the Daily Herald Newspaper to make the residents and stakeholders of West Chicago aware of an upcoming PUBLIC HEARING. Said hearing will take place on Monday November 27 at the West Chicago Public Library’s main meeting room , at 6:45 pm.
The topic of the public hearing is to pass an ordinance to levy and assess taxes for the West Chicago Public Library District .
Residents are encouraged to go to this hearing and participate in the governmental process.
