West Chicago High School to Host Exciting 3V3 Soccer Tournament Fundraiser

West Chicago, IL — Soccer enthusiasts in West Chicago are gearing up for an exciting event as West Chicago Community High School hosts a 3V3 Soccer Tournament on Saturday, February 22. This action-packed fundraiser will bring together athletes from middle school, high school, and adult divisions to compete for awards and cash prizes.

The tournament schedule is as follows:

Middle School Co-ed: Noon–2 PM (Awards for 1st place)

High School: 2–4 PM ($225 Cash Prize for 1st Place Team)

Adults (18+): 4–6 PM ($225 Cash Prize for 1st Place Team)

In addition to the thrilling matches, all participants and their families are invited to attend a Kermés (community festival) in the school cafeteria. The festival will provide a great opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the sport while supporting a good cause.

The event will also feature a special guest, West Chicago Mayoral Candidate Daniel Bovey, along with Alderman candidates:

Julieta Alcantar-Garcia (Ward 1)

Denise Carreto-Munoz (Ward 3)

Carlos Avina Soto (Ward 6)

Matthew Myers (Ward 7)

All first-place teams in each division will receive awards and special recognition at the Kermés.

The Kermés will take place in the Cafeteria, while all soccer matches will be held in the Small Gym at West Chicago Community High School.
