The site is located near major intermodal transport hubs and in close proximity to DuPage Airport, adding to its logistical advantages.
The buyer in the transaction is listed as Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage. Cawley CRE acted as broker, with a team led by Frank Melchert, SIOR, and supported by Matt Garland, Stevan Arandjelovic, and Simon Porras.
Following the sale, Cawley CRE was retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
