- Join Northwestern Medicine for continued support as you transition to the role of new mother and adjust to life with a newborn. Connect with other moms as topics are discussed, information is shared, and challenges are addressed in a safe, encouraging environment. Educational content and group discussions include newborn behaviors, coping strategies, infant feeding and sleep patterns, changing family relationships and much more.

Facilitated by experienced perinatal educators and RNs.Meets every Wednesday 10am – 11:30am. Registration recommended at least 48 hours in advance
