Late Saturday night, the West Chicago Police Department announced on social media that officers were investigating an “incident†that had occurred earlier in the evening.
As of 11:50 p.m., a significant police presence remained in the 200 block of West Pomeroy. The department stated that officers were actively investigating and added, “There will be a large police presence as they handle the situation.
