Grab your lawn chairs, your dancing shoes, and your appetite — Railroad Days is rolling back into town! From Thursday, June 26 through Sunday, June 29, Pioneer Park will be the heart of the action in West Chicago, with a full carnival, food vendors, beer garden, fireworks, and a fantastic lineup of live entertainment.
The festival is a collaboration between the City of West Chicago and the Western DuPage Chamber of Commerce, and if you’ve been before, you already know: it’s the highlight of the summer. Whether you’re here for the music, the funnel cake, or the fireworks, there’s something for everyone — and yes, free shuttle buses will help make parking a breeze.

🎤 THURSDAY, JUNE 26
6:30 PM – Invisible Cartoons

Start the weekend with something irresistibly upbeat. Invisible Cartoons brings high-energy, joy-packed music that mixes soul-pop, bounce beats, and funky keytar riffs. They’re local favorites with a big heart, and they’ve been making Midwest crowds smile since 2012.
8:30 PM – Karen Hart Band

Rock fans, this one’s for you. Karen Hart Band delivers a polished, high-energy set packed with powerful female-fronted hits. With tight guitar work and throwback vibes, this four-piece group covers everything from The Pretenders to modern rock classics — all performed live without tracks.

🎸 FRIDAY, JUNE 27
5:00 PM – The Solid-Aire Band

Local guys jamming for fun turned full-fledged cover band? That’s the story of The Solid-Aire Band, who now gig regularly across Chicagoland. Expect rock ’n roll hits from the ’50s to today, played with passion and a little garage-band grit.
7:00 PM – Sammy & The Knights

This one’s part band, part mission. Sammy & The Knights play your favorite rock classics (think Chicago, Santana, The Beatles) while raising funds for local causes through the Knights of Columbus. Great music with great heart.

9:00 PM – Brian Allison

Born in Chicago, based in Nashville, Brian Allison brings raw, heartfelt Americana with roots that run deep—his grandfather played in the Glen Miller Band. Inspired by The Beatles and Chris Stapleton, Brian’s storytelling is soulful and sincere.
🎶 SATURDAY, JUNE 28
5:00 PM – Lake Effect

You’ll hear the horns before you see them! Lake Effect is an 8-piece powerhouse with sax, trumpet, keys, and a rhythm section that keeps things moving. They cover everything from swing to blues to classic rock.
7:00 PM – Feed the Machine (The Nickelback Experience)

Love Nickelback? Don’t miss this- come to the show and sing your heart out. Feed the Machine brings the full experience: the vocals, the lights, and all the hits from one of rock’s most recognizable bands.
9:00 PM – Raquel & The Wildflowers (followed by fireworks at dusk)

Modern country fans, don’t miss this. Raquel & The Wildflowers bring fierce vocals and wide-open-road storytelling to the stage. They’ve opened for big names, and they’re ending Saturday night with a bang—literally. Fireworks launch right after their final song.

Mark your calendar for Saturday night’s big fireworks display after Raquel & The Wildflowers — it’s one of the biggest shows in the area and a community favorite!
🎺 SUNDAY, JUNE 29
4:00 PM – Grupo Regresivo

This family-friendly favorite kicks off Sunday with upbeat Northern Mexican sounds—Cumbias, Huapangos, and good vibes for all ages. Grupo Regresivo sets the tone for a vibrant final day.
6:30 PM – Los Asiles

Younger crowd? You’ll love Los Asiles. They blend reggaeton, Cumbia, and traditional Latin styles with swagger and energy that’ll keep you moving.
8:30 PM – Grupo Impresionante

Closing out the weekend is Grupo Impresionante, a versatile Latin band that plays everything from Nortenas and Sonideras to Bandatierra Quebradita. They’re the perfect way to wrap up four days of dancing, dining, and community fun.
