West Chicago, we are once again turning to our community for help. A local family is deeply concerned after their loved one, 71-year-old Gregory Simunich, went missing earlier today.
Gregory last spoke with relatives at 12:50 p.m. this afternoon, September 17. He was expected to meet up with a family member in West Chicago but sadly never arrived.
He is described as a white male, 5’9” tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. At the time he was last seen, Gregory was wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. Family members believe he may also have been wearing a hat.
Gregory is driving a teal Chevy Blazer with Illinois environmental license plates, number 21959EN. Authorities say the vehicle was last spotted in the 2800 block of Washington Street in Naperville at 1:44 p.m.
Both the City of West Chicago Government and the Naperville Police Department are involved in the search.
