The West Chicago Public Library District Board of Trustees will convene for its regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the library’s Main Program Room. The meeting is open to the public, and residents are invited to attend and share comments during the designated public participation portion.
The agenda, distributed by library staff member Nicholas Del Giudice, includes several key action items that will help shape the library’s upcoming fiscal year. Among the most notable topics is the board’s consideration of Resolution 25-03, which outlines the Estimate of Funds Needed for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2025, and Ending June 30, 2026. The meeting will conclude with the board’s option to enter a Closed Session under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, followed by a return to open session and adjournment.
