DuPage County Animal Control made an announcement that they have a population explosion of small animals at their small shelter that and they’re at critical capacity in regards to Guinea pigs. DCAS is one of the few shelters around that have the ability to take in guinea pigs and they’re asking for the public’s help to create space at DCAS to help those we are in care of now and those that need us.
Right now, they have 27 guinea pigs total that are in their care. With 9 up for adoption at the moment – pictured here.
Theyre also asking for help in spreading the word for their need of adopters and fosters for our sweet little pigs They may be small, but they need mighty heroes as much the rest of our wonderful animals.

También están pidiendo ayuda para hacer correr la voz sobre la necesidad de adoptar y acoger a nuestros dulces cerditos. Puede que sean pequeños, pero necesitan héroes poderosos tanto como el resto de nuestros maravillosos animales.
