Nora is coming home two weeks from now in “A Doll’s House, Part 2” by Lucas Hnath. Come to Village Theatre Guild to greet her. At the end of Henrik Ibsen’s classic and controversial play, “A Doll’s House,” Nora walks out on her husband and young children, in search of the freedom and independence denied her in marriage. In this entertaining and thought-provoking sequel, 15 years have elapsed when Nora returns home. The production runs for twelve performances until February 3 with curtain times Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm and matinees Sundays at 2 pm, plus a matinee on Saturday, January 27. The cast features Claire Yearman, Judith Laughlin, Guy Sullivan, and Kate Schiliro. All performances take place on the Sue Keenan stage at Village Theatre Guild, which is located at 2S720 Park Blvd. in Glen Ellyn. Free Parking is available.
