Joseph M. Steadman, age 79, of West Chicago, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. He was born in Chicago, IL on February 12, 1944 to David and Catherine (O’Brien) Steadman. Joe was united in marriage to the late Mary Sheahan. Joe shared his love of family & his superfandom for the Chicago Bears everywhere he went. His detailed stories will be missed by all.
Joe is survived by his stepchildren Scott (Adriana) Thurston, Shane (Kathy) Thurston, Shelly Thurston, Steven (Brooke) Thurston and Shannon (Tyson) Meinhold; 12 grandchildren; brother David Steadman and sister Kathy Mujica; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
