The city of West Chicago is hosting their annual trick-or-treat event in downtown West Chicago, and at the West Chicago Public Library on Saturday, October 28 between 1:00-3:00 pm. This is a free event. Billy Brick’s pizza will be selling pizza from their food truck on site at the library parking lot.
